Refund Policy

At FAVEW, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to provide exceptional services, we understand that concerns may arise. Please review our refund policy below:

REFUND POLICY

1. Service Refunds

We offer refunds or corrective services in cases where clients are dissatisfied with their treatment, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the appointment.

  • Clients must provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction and allow our team an opportunity to rectify the issue.

  • Refunds are not applicable for services that have been fully performed or altered due to personal preferences after completion.

2. Product Refunds & Exchanges

If a purchased salon product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, refunds or exchanges may be granted within 3 days of purchase.

  • Damaged or defective products may be replaced upon verification.

  • Refunds will not apply to opened, used, or customized products.

3. Appointment Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits paid for appointments are non-refundable unless canceled 2 hours before the scheduled time.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.

4. Method of Refund


Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 2 business days. Processing times may vary based on payment providers.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:
 

  • Completed treatments meeting the agreed consultation outcome.

  • Promotional or discounted services.

  • Gift cards or prepaid salon packages.
